County health department now has H1N1 vaccine

The Walton County Health Department has received a new shipment of the H1N1 vaccine and will be offering free clinic hours for inoculation against the swine flu. The vaccine is available, at no cost, to priority groups under the age of 65 on the following dates at the health department, located on 1404 S. Madison Ave. in Monroe:

Tuesday - 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday - 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The department will also offer clinic hours at the West Walton clinic, located at 605 Tom Brewer Road, Suite 200, in Loganville:

Friday - 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
