Howard Brand, Jr.
Howard Brand, Jr. age 86 of Loganville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009. Funeral Services were Saturday, Nov. 21, at 11:30 a.m. at Center Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. David Dills officiating. Burial at Church Cemetery, Loganville.
Mr. Brand was a WWII Army (infantry) Veteran,, Member of Masonic Lodge # 138 F & AM, and retired from Beatrice Foods after 18 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Jewell (Brown) Brand; daughter and son-in-law, Patreece and Doug Couch, Lawrenceville; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Debbie Brand, Talking Rock; grandchildren, Michael Couch, Cartersville; Courtney Couch, Buford; Chad Brand, Talking Rock; great grandchildren, Logan Couch and Reed Couch, Cartersville.
Mr. Brand is preceded in death by grandchildren April Lynne Brand and William Howard Brand IV who have gone ahead to be with the Lord.
