Harold Leroy Higgins Sr
Harold Leroy Higgins Sr. age 79 of Washington, died on Jan. 14, 2008. He was born in Gwinnett County on July 7, 1928 to the late Leonard Higgins
and the late Jessie Jones Higgins. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Rose Ida Sutterfield Higgins.
Surviving are: sons: Harold Higgins Jr of Texas, Floyd Higgins of
Washington, Gene Higgins of Alabama, Richard Higgins of Franklin, Dale Higgins of Elkmonk, AL, and Benjamin Higgins of Griffin; daughters: Patti Lindsey of Ringgold, Rose Marie Casper of Covington, Libby Deaton of Monroe, Linda Sargent of
Monroe, and Brenda Bloomer of Las Vegas, NV; sisters: Dale Wilson of Canton and Martha Lawrence of Mayesville; 23 Grandchildren and 26 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held on Friday Jan. 18 at 11a.m. at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Cemetery.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. of Monroe was in charge of arrangements.
