Majol “Beck” Swords Jones, age 84 of Loganville passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009.
Funeral Services were held 1p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with the Rev. Steven King officiating. Interment Bay Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Loganville.
A member of Bay Creek Baptist Church in Loganville, Mrs. Jones was a retired Cafeteria Worker with Loganville High School.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years and 9 months, Bluford Jones, son and daughter-in-law, Vernon and Nan Jones, all of Loganville; sister and brother-in-law, Sara and Bobby Rowe, Monroe; grandchildren: Jeff and Nena Jones, Salisbury, NC; Nanette and Phil Hartung, Cost, Texas; great grandchildren: Ben and Allie Jones, Kathryne, Sara, Caroline and Olivia Hartung; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bay Creek Cemetery Fund, c/o Lenea Masters, 2789 Still Road, Loganville, Georgia 30052.
