Brenda Hobbs Pelham
Brenda Hobbs Pelham, 60, of Monroe, Georgia died on July 2, 2009. She was born on June 30, 1949 in Laurens County, Georgia to the late Ed and Lavert Hobbs. She was preceded in death by her brothers: the late Jimmy Hobbs and the late Jesse Hobbs.
Mrs. Pelham, a retired Gwinnett County teacher is survived by her husband: Wynn Pelham of Monroe; son and daughter-in-law: Johnny and Paige Pelham of Albertville, AL; daughters and sons-in-law: Selena and Kelly Hale of Monroe, GA and Christina and Todd Warren of Bethlehem, GA; sisters: Ondrea Greene of Dublin, GA and Diane Ikner of Dublin, GA; brothers: Neil Hobbs of Chester, GA, Mickey Hobbs of Sharpsburg, GA, and Paul Hobbs of Pooler, GA; grandchildren: Jessica Pelham, Josie Pelham, Sierra Hale, Hunter Hale, Josh Pelham; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law: Mary Pelham of Dunnellon, FL.
Funeral Services were held at 11 am on Monday, July 6th at the chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Larry Waldrep of Dublin, GA officiating. Burial followed at Resthaven Cemetery.
