Catherine Barnard, age 58 of Monroe, died on Nov. 6, 2009. She was born in Savannah on Feb. 10, 1951 to the late Carl D. Welch and the late Florence Olema Long Welch.
She is survived by her husband, Lynn Barnard of Monroe; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Natalie Barnard of Oxford; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and Mell Cleaton of Monroe, Judith and Charles Johnson of Oxford, Marie and Ben Boland of Conyers.
A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, Nov.8, 2009 at 4 p.m. at Hope Community Fellowship, Loganville, GA with the Rev. Brent Ross officiating.
Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
