NOTICE OF ADOPTION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

You are hereby notified that Ernest Bolden has filed a petition to Adopt Kaidee Grace Lacey in the Superior Court of Walton County, State of Georgia, Civil Action File No. 10-A-0018-5 and you will be required to make known any objections you may have to the prayers of said Petitioner on the 4th day of October, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in said Court before the Judge presiding, at the Courthouse in Walton County, Monroe, Georgia.
Any and all persons objecting to the entry of an order of that Adoption shall file such objections in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the hereinbefore assigned date of hearing.
