PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Monroe experienced rainfall on the 11th day of November in excess of 5. Jacks Creek WWTP was affected by these flows. the plant experienced flows of 9 MGD. the flow for the twenty-four hour period was 6.335 MGD. Although the Citys spill was partially treated, the effluent solids exceeded 50% of the weekly maximum. Effluent solids for the 11th of November were 77.
